Eliminating waste

The skin is the largest organ in the body and it combines with other organs to eliminate waste. A proper diet will help eliminate all, or part, of this waste before its toxins can reach the skin and cause acne.

Acne diet foods need to cleanse the body internally. Any foods that can absorb and push out the waste from your intestines will significantly reduce the amount of toxins being absorbed by your body from that waste. More high fiber foods in your

diet, and drinking a greater amount of water, will remove and flush this waste out.

The liver’s function is to eliminate toxins which also include hormones that are no longer needed by the body. When it suffers hormonal overload, the liver tries to keep up with their elimination in addition to the elimination of other toxins.
